As a young ringette prospect, you need to put long hours in training. You need a training program that offers a combination of “fun, educational, and technical skills in order to become a “well-rounded-mature-athlete”. A ringette training program for a young player may include these specific activities:
- Ringette Skills Clinics (1/2 hrs per day)
- Ringette Training Camp (Intensive 2-3 days minimum)
- Participating in top tournaments
- Others (Personal physical training, mental/psychological development clinics, etc.)
